Mighty Oaks Day Nursery & Preschool is conveniently located within Bournemouth Sports Club, recently purchased by Bournemouth University, near Bournemouth Airport and between Christchurch and Ferndown.

We provide excellent opportunities for the children to connect to nature and the outside environment in all weathers and all year round within our 65 acres of beautiful woodland where we ensure the children fully explore our fields, woodlands, and facilities offered by Bournemouth University, including a play area with a climbing frame and slide and Astroturf pitches for improving physical development.

Our open-plan classroom offers the children mixed age group interaction, independent play, and real-life experiences. We offer free-flow on to our beautiful outside balcony area with a sandpit, water play, mark-making, and construction.

Because of our bespoke setup and location, we are able to offer the very best of the Early Years Foundation Stage and take inspiration from Forest School teaching and incorporate them both into one setting.
